Educational Qualification:
i) Candidate should be Madhyamik appeared or equivalent.
ii) Candidate should be a resident of the same service village for which she will be selected.
iii) Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

Age Limit: Between 30 to 40 years as on 22/02/2018. Lower age limit may be relaxed to 22 years in case of SC/ST candidates.

Candidate Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be based on marks obtained in Academic Qualification and Interview. Only Female candidates who are Married, Divorced or Widowed are eligible to apply for the post of Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA).
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (Link is given below) along with attested copies of educational certificates and other relevant documents. The candidate should submit their fulfilled application at the following address: To the Member Secretary, ASHA Selection Committee, Office of the Block Development Officer of respective Block, on or before 20/03/2018.
The envelope containing the print-out/enclosures should be superscribed on top with — “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ASHA”
