Junior Clerk Cum Accountant 2018:

District Education Officer, Rayagada Government of Odisha has released a notification to hire the eligible candidates for the post of 08 Junior Clerk Cum Accountant. The post is under contractual basis for one year. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (Link is given below) before 20 January 2018. Job Details and Eligibility Criteria for Clerk Recruitment:

Post Name: Junior Clerk Cum Accountant

No. of Vacancy: 08 Nos.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have Bachelor Degree and knowledge in Computer with tally and also have Proficiency in Odia and English.

Note: Candidate must have a bachelor degree from the any University of the State of Odisha. In case of candidates possesses a bachelor degree from the Universities outside Odisha then he/she has to produce equivalence certificate of degree and his/her engagement shall be made only after verification of genuineness of the educational qualification from concerned University/Institutions from which they have obtained the degree.

Pay Scale: Rs. 7100/- (Per Month)

Age Limit: Minimum and Maximum age limit is 21 to 32 years (as on 05.01.2018)

Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC, ST Women, SEBC & 10 years for PH Candidates.

Job Location: Rayagada (Odisha)

Application fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- through Indian Postal Order payable to District Education Officer, Rayagada along with his/her application form.

How to Apply:  Interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with self-attested photocopies educational qualifications certificates of marks sheet & two passport size photograph send by Registered post/ speed post to the Office of the District Education Officer, Rayagada, Odisha on or before 20.01.2018

Candidate Selection Process: Selection will be based on marks obtained in the H.S.C to Bachelor Degree.

Important Instruction:
(i)The application should reach the office of the District Education Officer, Rayagada on or before 20.01.2018 by Regd./Speed post only.

(ii) In-Complete application and delay in receipt of the application will be summarily rejected.


(iii) the candidates furnishing the fake certificate/Mark sheets shall be liable for suitable action against them.

(iv) Ex-military persons and disabled persons will have to submit relevant certificate along with their application in support of their claim.

(v) The residential certificate shall be submitted by the candidate as proof of residence in the revenue district. The applications form shall be rejected if it is not accompanied by the residential certificate.
