Bank Of Baroda Recruitment 2017 

Bank of Baroda (BOB) has published a notification to hire the eligible candidates for 427 Specialist Officers for the post of – Head (Credit Risk (Corporate Credit)), Head (Enterprise & Operational Risk Management), IT Security, Treasury (Dealers/ Traders), Treasury (Relationship Managers (Forex/Derivatives)), Treasury (Product Sales), Finance/ Credit, Trade Finance, Security and Sales. Eligible and interested candidates may apply online through official website of Bank of Baroda on or before 05/12/2017. Educational qualification and all other details are given below.



1.Post Name: Head – Credit Risk (Corporate Credit)
Scale: SMG/S– V **
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a minimum graduate from a recognized university. Over and above the said qualification, the candidate must possess  minimum one of the following qualifications, as well:
1.       FRM from GARP
2.       PRM from PRMIA
3. Post Graduate in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Economics from a reputed Institute/ Govt. Recognized Institute.
4. *2 years Full Time, MBA or PG Diploma, with specialization in Banking and Finance
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience of working in Credit Domain in a banking / financial institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 50 years as on 05.12.2017
Pay Scale: Rs.59170- 66070/-

2. Post Name: Head –  Enterprise& Operational Risk Management
Scale: SMG/S– V **
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a minimum graduate from a recognized university. Over and above the said qualification, the candidate must possess  minimum one of the following qualifications, as well:
1.          FRM from GARP
2.           PRM from PRMIA

Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/

4. Post Name: Treasury - Dealers/ Traders
Scale: MMG/S –III

Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Experience: Minimum 3 years Post-qualification experience in Trading in Forex and Debt Markets in Banks//Mutual Fund / Investment Banking. Experience in Treasury function of Bank will be preferable.
Age Limit: Minimum - 25 Years Maximum. - 37 Years as on 05.12.2017.

5. Post Name: Treasury - Relationship Managers (Forex/Derivatives)

Educational Qualification
: 2 years Full time, M.B.A or equivalent, with specialization in Marketing and Sales from a premier institution. Experience: Minimum 2 years of Post-qualification experience as Relationship Manager for Treasury functions/Treasury product sales.

: CA or ICWA or *2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialization in Finance. (Courses completed through correspondence / part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized/approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE) Experience: Post qualification experience of minimum 2 years in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit (Experience of working in Credit Deptt. in large Banks will be preferable).

9. Post Name: Trade Finance
Scale: MMG/S –II

No. of Vacancies: 50 Nos.
Educational Qualification: CA or 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialization in Finance/Trade Finance/ International Business. (Courses completed through correspondence/part time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized/approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE) Experience: Post qualification experience of minimum 2 years in Credit & Forex / Trade Finance function in Banking/ Financial Sector (Experience of working in trade finance function including exports/imports / foreign remittances / LC / BG areas in large Banks/Financial Institutions will be preferable)

11. Post Name: Sales
Scale: JMG/S-I

No. of Vacancies: 150 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent post-graduation degree/diploma, with specialization in Marketing/Sales/Retail. (Courses completed through correspondence / part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized/approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE) 1 Year of sales experience in Banks/FMCG/ NBFC/DSA with selling experience of Banking products of any Bank/NBFC
Age (as on 05.12.2017): Min. – 21 Yrs. Max. – 30 Yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 23700 x 980 (7) - 30560 x 1145(2) – 32850 x 1310(7) – 42020

Application Fee: Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs. 600 for GEN/OBC Candidate.

Probation Period: The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank

Service Bond: For those selected on Regular basis, they will be required to mandatorily execute a Service Bond as under: ‘Serve for a minimum period of -3- years in the Bank after joining the services or in lieu thereof an amount of ` 1.5 Lacs’

Mode of Payment:

i. Candidates have to make the payment of requisite fee/intimation charges through ONLINE mode only.

ii. Candidates have the option of remitting fees via ONLINE MODE only, where the application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.

iii. The payment can be made using only Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro),Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.

iv. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt would be generated.

v. Candidates are required to take a print of the e-receipt and online application. Online payment receipt will have to be produced, at the time of online test or interview, as the case may be.

vi. If the online transaction has not been successfully completed then the following message is displayed ‘Your online transaction was unsuccessful.
Please register again.’ Candidates may then revisit the ‘Apply Online’ link and fill in their application details again.

vii. Without call letter and online payment receipt, the candidates will not be allowed to appear for online Test/Interview.

Selection Procedure :


The selection process will comprise of online test, for the post of Scale I, in the discipline of Sales, followed by GD/Interview of the shortlisted
candidates.

For the posts in Scale II, Scale III, Scale IV & Scale V applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview.

However, for Scale II and Scale III, if the number of eligible applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online test also.

2. English Language - No. of Questions-50, Maximum Marks-25
