Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has published notification to hire eligible candidates for the posts of Officer (HR). Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See below) along with testimonials. Educational qualification and all other requirements are given bellow.

Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate Degree and MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
First class in the indicated qualification for General and OBC candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD candidates from a recognized University / Institution.
Knowledge of internet/web browsing/MS Office is essential.
Experience: 01 to 03 years of post qualification experience will be preferred.

Age Limit: Maximum-25 years as on 01.10.2017.

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 23,000/- per month.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through a Written Test followed by Interview.
Written Test will be held on 18/11/2017 at Ghaziabad.
